This is a 1 person lesson led by a coach. The athlete determines the focus of the lesson. The cost for this lesson is $100 paid to the coach. Open to anyone - does not need to be a current club member. Please do not go to the gym until the lesson has been "confirmed". You should receive an email when confirmed, but you can always log into your account to check your status. You will receive a confirmation 1-3 days prior to lesson time.
