This lesson will consist of a few players (2-4). Athletes will determine the lesson focus. The cost for this lesson is $50 per athlete payable to the lesson coach. Open to anyone - does not need to be a current club member. Please do not go to the gym until the lesson has been "confirmed". You should receive an email when confirmed, but you can always log into your account to check your status. You will receive a confirmation 1-3 days prior to lesson time.
