WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ONE-ON-ONE LESSONS WITH THE COACH, THE DEMAND IS TOO HIGH. PAYMENTS ARE MADE DIRECTLY TO THE COACH. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE GYM UNTIL THE LESSON HAS BEEN "CONFIRMED". YOU SHOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHEN CONFIRMED, BUT YOU CAN ALWAYS LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT TO CHECK YOUR STATUS. YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION 1-3 DAYS PRIOR TO THE LESSON TIME.

Why was I assigned a coach different than the one I selected when registering?
We try our best to make sure your preferences are met, however it is more important that the lesson groupings make sense based on age and ability levels so that the quality for every athlete in the lesson is as high as possible. Anyone can preference any coach so that means two 12 year olds and two 18 year olds can preference the same coach for the same lesson. We will not put these two age groups together in a lesson. Please note that all of our coaches have received training and continually receive guidance from staff on their coaching styles and methods. They are all very capable of coaching your athletes to be the best they can be.
What does it mean when a coach is 'Full' online?
When registering for lessons, only 4 athletes can preference a coach. Once 4 athletes preference a coach that coach will be marked as 'Full' on your site. Please note this does not mean the lesson is full with that coach until confirmations are sent out.
