If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, we then recommend the following dispute resolution process:

This dispute resolution process shall not apply to legal actions initiated by Area Volleyball related to intellectual property rights infringement, theft, piracy, or unauthorized use of our platform. Any claim or dispute must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or dispute arose, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary.
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you waive any rights to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Area Volleyball and its affiliates.
